How to order a new telephone line on the Cooptel network?

It is possible to order a new Cooptel service by calling our customer service from Monday to Wednesday from 8:30am to 5pm, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30am to 6pm or on Saturday between 9am and 5pm.

Cooptel suggests placing the order as soon as possible in order to maximize the chances of getting the desired service start date.

How to proceed to temporarily interrupt the Cooptel telephone service?

The seasonal Cooptel service allows you to retain your phone number as well as your inscription in the phone book.

Cooptel will temporarily suspend your telephone line according to the chosen period and will reactivate it at the moment that suits you best. Please communicate with our customer service to ask for the seasonal number and for current rates.
