As a cooperative, our members have always been our highest priority. Given the situation we are currently experiencing with COVID-19, rest assured that we are taking additional measures to manage everything. Like you, we continuously monitor information from health authorities and will do everything in our power to adapt our business practices to ensure the continuity of our services.
Cooptel would like to inform you that the channels LCN (SD 446 – HD 615) and CTV News (545) are unscrambled, until further notice. Note that you also have access to the RDI channel (SD 129 – HD 606) and that the Télé-Québec channel (SD 190 – HD 604 – VSD) has set up special programming for youth for the next two weeks.

MAINTAINING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our customer service agents are available to answer your questions at the usual hours, Monday to Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We strongly suggest that you limit your trips to our business offices and prioritize communications by phone, email or chat via our website cooptel.ca.

Still with a view to limiting your trips, we suggest that you pay your bill by subscribing to the electronic invoice, by calling us at 1 888 532-2667 or by depositing an envelope via the drop deposit located to the left of the entrance to our office in Valcourt.
HEALTY AND SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT

We are ensuring that our staff closely monitor the development of symptoms associated with the COVID-19 virus. A reminder of safety and prevention measures has been put in place. Please note that our employees are not allowed to shake hands with any customer and / or visitor and that they must stand two meters away. In addition, our technicians can refuse installation or repair at your home if you or a family member has flu-like symptoms. Finally, our service counters are disinfected between customer visits.
